Join our artist roster
In addition to offering tailored artist services, we host several shows per month in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding area. We're always looking for great talent of all scales to showcase at these events — from local emerging acts to international touring artists.
We also maintain an active roster of artists for clients looking to buy talent for their own events.
HOW IT WORKS
Send us your music! Live performance videos are preferred so we can get a sense for what your overall act feels like in a live setting.
If you're a booking agent representing a larger act, looking to route a tour through the Waterloo Region, or are coming from out of town, let us know the date range you're looking to book for, along with the expected/ideal capacity.
GOOD COMPANY SHOW SCALING
We host shows ranging in capacity from 60 guests to 500+, depending on the artist. In general, our shows can be broken into three tiers:
FREE TO GUESTS — these shows are typically outdoors and sponsored by our community partners, showcasing local and touring talent of mixed genres. Typical capacity: 200 // Typical deal: guarantee. Artist bills are curated by our team based on performance value.
SECRET POPUP CONCERTS — these shows are ticketed, 60-100 capacity, in secret venues throughout Downtown Kitchener, Uptown Waterloo, and Galt (Cambridge). Artists are kept secret and are not required to promote the show, however we do seek talent that is able to intentionally perform in a more intimate setting, and whose live performance is unique to their genre. Best for emerging touring acts looking to test specific markets. Typical deal: guarantee vs. NBOR.
TICKETED TOUR-ROUTED CONCERTS — these shows are tailored to larger touring acts looking to route shows through the Waterloo Region. The show includes full production and venue support, typically in the 200-500 capacity range; in some cases, this can be increased or decreased based on the event. Typical deal: NBOR after expenses, public on-sale.
