We pull from our roster of local and international artists, agents, and talent managers to find the perfect artist to match, including buying full event lineups on your behalf.
We'll guide you through each step:
First, we'll learn about the basic requirements you'd like talent to meet at your event:
- Genre and type of act
- Budget you're working within
- Scale of the event
- Theme of the event
- Timeline for performance
- Whether performance is active of passive (ie. is it the focus of the event, or background entertainment?)
- Whether the performance is ticketed, private, or public
- Whether the artist will be sharing the bill with any other talent
Once we understand your talent requirements, our team will scout artists from within (and outside) of our roster, coming back to you with a short list to review.
From there, we'll reach out to acts to confirm budgets and availabilities, before booking acts on your behalf.
As part of our talent buying services, all contracting and legal redlining is included within our fee. We'll handle performance agreements, insurance, and contracts with talent and agents on your behalf.
As we enter contracting, we'll also require a 50% deposit of talent compensation to confirm bookings for your event.
Our service fee is 15-25% of the artist's contracted compensation, in addition to their full compensation amount. This includes all scouting, booking, contracting, and advance management in the talent buying process.
Inclusive in our service, we will manage all talent coordination and technical advances leading up to your event — regardless of whether we will be the production partner fulfilling the artist's rider.
