Whether it be to meet talent's production specifications, service a certain attendee capacity for your event, or to create a bespoke experience, we offer customizable equipment packages on a case-by-case basis.
Production packages can be quoted piece-wise to supplement existing house equipment, or as one of the following complete systems:
- BASIC PACKAGE: includes 2x PAs, 12 channel mixer, 2x microphones, 2x DI boxes, all necessary stands and cables. Typically best for small-scale events, up to 50 attendees (small town hall, open mic/coffee house, etc.). — Starts at $150/day + HST including delivery, setup, and teardown within the Kitchener-Waterloo core. No technician required after on-site orientation.
- DJ PACKAGE: all of the above, plus two subwoofers and one monitor (higher bass throw, best for up to 200-300 attendees where music is passive). — Starts at $350/day + HST, plus $50 + HST delivery, setup, and teardown within the Kitchener-Waterloo core. No technician required after on-site orientation.
- PANEL PACKAGE: includes 2x wireless microphones, 2x PAs, 32 channel digital mixer, all necessary stands and cables. Typically best for medium scale events (up to 150 attendees); additional wireless microphones can be added at a cost of $65/mic. — Starts at $350/day + HST, plus technician rates; delivery, setup and teardown within the Kitchener-Waterloo core included.
- BAND PACKAGE: includes 2x PAs, 2x subs, 3-5x monitors, 32 channel digital mixer, microphones and DIs to band spec, all necessary stands and cables. Typically best for medium-scale events with a band (up to 150 attendees); additional PA or monitors can be quoted for larger scale events (up to 250 attendees). — Starts at $650/day + HST, plus technician rates; delivery, setup and teardown within the Kitchener-Waterloo core included.
- FULL PACKAGE: includes 2x PAs, 2x centre-fills, 2x subs, 6x monitors, 32 channel digital mixer, microphones and DIs to band spec, all necessary stands and cables. Typically best for medium to large-scale events with a band or multiple acts (up to 400 attendees); additional PA or monitors can be quoted for larger scale attendees (up to 500 attendees). — Starts at $1,200/day + HST, plus techician rates; delivery, setup, and teardown within the Kitchener-Waterloo core included.
- BASIC PACKAGE: includes 2x Yorkville LED Lamps (2-head) with stands — Starts at $50/day + HST including delivery, setup, and teardown within the Kitchener-Waterloo core. No technician required after on-site orientation.
- MEDIUM PACKAGE: includes 6x Yorkville LED Lamps (2x 4-head, 4x 2-head) with stands and controller — Starts at $250/day + HST, plus $50 + HST delivery, setup, and teardown within the Kitchener-Waterloo core. No technician required after on-site orientation, but system can be run with a techician for additional rate for sound-responsive lighting.
- TUBE PACKAGE: includes 10x Teke battery-powered tube lights with stands and wireless control over local Wi-Fi network with provided router and iPad — Starts at $150/day + HST, plus $50 + HST delivery, setup, and teardown within the Kitchener-Waterloo core. No technician required after on-site orientation.
- SPOTLIGHT PACKAGE: includes 2x spotlights and 4x LED bars with DMX cables and controller (best for accent lighting and spotlights on speakers for panels/talks) — Starts at $400/day + HST, plus technician rates; delivery, setup and teardown within the Kitchener-Waterloo core included.
- FULL PACKAGE: bespoke DMX lighting rig, including up to 8x par lights, up to 4x LED bar lights, up to 8x moving heads, up to 4x spotlights, up to 10x tube lights, with digital console, lighting trees, and all necessary cables. Built to event specifications — Starts at $1,200/day + HST, plus techician rates; delivery, setup, and teardown within the Kitchener-Waterloo core included.

Live Audio Technicians: our technicians are experienced in live audio for events ranging in scale from 50-500 attendees. We can work with single speakers, full bands, and everything in between; our crew is uniquely tuned into working in non-treated spaces (ie. rooms that are not traditionally treated as venues) and will take the time and care required to get the space sounding as clean as possible for your event.
Live Lighting Technicians: our lighting technicians can work with house consoles, operate our basic production packages to add colour to your event, or work with you to design bespoke lighting rigs and arrangements specific to your event, pulling from our wide range of lighting equipment in-house.
Production & Talent Management: for events of a larger scale, specialized Production and Talent Managers on our can come on board as part of the organizing committee leading up to your event, consulting on the development of the event, and working on the day-of to manage all crew, talent, and production.
Standard crew rates are as follows; exceptions may be possible in unique circumstances for community, charity, and fundraiser events, or for pilot events which we can get behind.
All rates are +HST. A half day is considered 0-4 hours on-site, while a full day is 4-8 hours on site. Overtime is anything over 8 hours. We can work with you to estimate required time on-site.
- Audio/Lighting Technician: $300/half-day | $600/full-day | $75/hour overtime
- Production Manager: $50/hour for advance work | $300/half-day | $600/full-day | $75/hour overtime
- Production Assistant: $150/half-day | $300/full-day | $35/hour overtime
When house equipment is not present (ie. you require a Good Company production package), events up to 500 attendees can be estimated based on the above package pricing, plus technician rates. For events with over 500 expected attendees (ranging up to 20,000 attendees), a unique quote will be provided upon request as additional crew, equipment, and certifications may be required.
