Hot off a tour supporting The Strumbellas, Ottawa-based folk group School House visits Kitchener for the first time in 2026! 

They've made waves opening for Canadian music icon Alan Doyle, were named Group of the Year at the 2024 Ottawa Music Awards, and had their debut release awarded Album of the Year by Faces Magazine. 

Their sound was born around a campfire, taking turns sharing songs and joining in three-part harmony. They combine upbeat singalongs with emotive folk ballads to bring a wise, yet youthful perspective to the Canadian music scene. 

School House will be joined by Halifax-based folk artist Braden Lam for this special show.

This is a ticketed show taking place at The Boathouse in Downtown Kitchener; there will be mixed seating available. There will be a cash and card bar at the venue, along with a food menu. The space is near ION and GRT transit lines. It is an accessible venue.

SCHEDULE: arrive for 7PM to grab a spot; music will start shortly thereafter! This is a show you won't want to miss a minute of, so we recommend arriving on time.
