Sunset Sessions - August 28, 2026
Sunset Sessions returns for its fifth summer in Downtown Kitchener!
Brought to you by the Downtown Kitchener BIA, the businesses of DTK, and curated and produced by Good Company Productions, we're excited to host ten free concerts in the heart of downtown this summer.
Each show will feature two top secret artists from different genres. Bring your friends or come solo, and be ready to discover something new or enjoy something familiar. This series is all about experiencing Downtown Kitchener in a new way each week.
Arrive for 7PM. Bring your own lawn chairs, blankets, pillows, and food from a local downtown business! Music kicks off around 7:30PM, wrapping around 9:30PM.
All shows will take place at Vogelsang Green in Downtown Kitchener; in case of rain, we'll move to the Kitchener Market Breezeway, which is fully covered. See you there!

This event is free and registration is not required, however you can RSVP if you'd like to be entered in a raffle to win free Good Company merch each week!
📍 WHERE: Vogelsang Green, at Queen/Duke St. in Downtown Kitchener!
In case of rain, we'll move to the covered breezeway at Kitchener Market (accessibly via Eby St.)
⏰ WHEN: Come for 7:00PM to save your spot; music starts at 7:30PM, and wraps by 9:30PM
👀 WHO: Each show will feature two *top secret* artists, from different genres, different places, and different styles - everything from funk, to jazz, to rock, blues, soul, pop, r&b... We've got you covered.
🧺 WHAT TO BRING: Stop by a DTK biz for dinner and a treat before the show. Support local - that's what makes this series possible.
We recommend bringing your own folding chairs, blankets, pillows, and anything else you need to make yourself comfy for the show!
This series is free and open to all.
Summer Sunset Sessions (2026)
Every summer, we gather under the lights at Vogelsang Green for evenings of shared magic, music, and community. This year marks our fifth official season of the series.
Join us in DTK as we welcome 10 unique artists from near and far to our city, across five free shows. Concerts are all ages, and will feature mixed seating options. Come get cozy with us and be ready for a new surprise at each show — we'll dance, we'll hold each other tight, and we'll sing along to some fun surprise acts each week.
Bring your friends, bring your family, bring the whole town - come find your new favourite artist, hear something you'll love, and meet some new pals. All in the heart of DTK.
